This failure occurs for.mov,.dv,.avi, and MPg4 files, all of which worked fine in a previous version (Office for Mac 2008). Oddly enough, the videos look fine in slide viewer mode, so clearly they have been embedded into the presentation. They just fail to display the video image in presenter tools (we hear the file but see a blank screen).
